So, I may have strep. Which is fun.

So since I haven't been feeling up to doing makeup (I know strep doesn't have anything to do with my eyes but I don't really have a place to sit and do makeup, I stand in front of my bathroom mirror. And standing when I feel sick is kind of shitty) I've been doing some wedding planning for my wedding in December 2014.

It's thinking burgundy, antique gold and olive green for colors.

We won't have many flowers (because there aren't many flowers I like) but instead evergreen accents and things that go with that.

There are going to be tree lights everywhere.

We are going to (hopefully!) eat lobster for dinner. I don't like most cake so that decision is up to my fiance (who loves cake)

Our first dance song is going to be 'Rainbow Connection' but we will be walking out of the church to 'Concerning Hobbits' and I'll be walking in on 'May It Be'.

My dress is going to have lace.

Bridesmaids will be wearing infinity dresses (I've made one! They are very flattering on all sizes!)

I just wanted to check in an say hello on my birthday. ^^ I turned 22 which in itself isn't at all exciting but I'm going to King Richards Fair for my birthday next Saturday so that's cool. I can't wait to take pictures.

Which reminds me that I should apologize for procrastinating on makeup. It's just that I haven't been able to buy Photoshop yet and without it my only option is to construct my images in MS Paint... yeah... Love you guys but not enough to deal with MS Paint (I mean, anymore because that is what I did for 2 or three).

I started school two weeks ago which has stressed me out something awful. When I get home I just want to lie on my face and wallow in my own self pitty. Aside from that, everything is great!

Hey! Sorry I haven't done makeup in the last few weeks. I've had a lot of 'end of summer' things I need to wrap up. Everyone is leaving and coming back right now and trying to fit ever single person I want to see into my schedule is getting a bit hectic. Also, wedding planning. Yeah, that's been a bit distracting.

A lot of people ask me where I learned to to makeup. Admittedly, I think I'm still in the lower end, perhaps lower middle, of the learning curve as far as makeup goes. I know a bit but I am definitely getting better every day. But the way I get better is to practice and watch youtube gurus. So, here is a list of my top ten makeup gurus! I'm going to try to grade them by how much I like them but I really do love all these ladies (and men).

I put her low on my list because her personality (at least what is portrayed in videos) is sort of boring. I'm sure she a fun, vibrant girl but her videos are sort of impersonal which doesn't suit me very much. BUT she is beautiful, skilled and professional. And that is something to definitely be admired.

She is why I started doing makeup. Lately she has been doing less tutorials but I don't care. I have watched her old ones time and time again. She is where I got the idea to take something like Pokemon and do makeup with it because she has done that with Harry Potter, candy, Princesses, The Hunger Games, ect. If you like me, you will LOVE Lisha.

I guess I can only do 4 makeup looks in a single day. I need to find a more gentle makeup remover.

So, I was wondering, would you guys (She says as if she is talking to more than 2 people (This was meant to make fun of myself. I love and adore all 2 people who comment on my things. <3 You guys rock!)) like it if I posted more looks I wear out? Like what I wear to work and stuff? For example, my fair makeup ( [link] ) was something I just did because I was going out with my friends. I tend to do pretty crazy makeup when I'm going out with my friends or even if I'm just going to work. Some of my best looks go unphotographed because I don't want to bother anyone with unthemed makeup.

So would that be ok? I would be able to update more often if I did. Or does that not matter? Dude, IDK.

OH! And I'm going to do some (probably just 1 actually) XxxHolic looks. Does anyone else read that? I just love it!

Also, I'm going to do a photo-shoot of my cat. Because he is a hansom devil.

Ok wow! I just googled my deviant name and so many blogs have written about me (ok not SO many, but you have to understand I didn't think anyone would ever write about me in my lifetime or even after).

Most of them are very very very nice! I feel so happy that people enjoy what I do.

Hello! Again!

So as you have probably seen I am up and running again. I knocked out most of my request list so I'm ready to dive into Pokemon looks again. Don't let this stop you from making requests!

My last few were put together in MS paint (I KNOW RIGHT?). This is NOT a permanent thing. This time next week I will have Photoshop CS6 (hopefully) so the image quality should improve drastically. I had to make the switch briefly because I lost my old version of Photoshop and got a new computer. Just because I've been asked a few times: I don't overly edit my eye-makeup images (Now my art(?) photograph, that is a different animal). I up the contrast a bit because my lighting sucks and I (try) to edit out veins in my eyes. And that is it. Trust me, if I could edit things well they would look a million times better than they do. Hahaha.

Life Updates: I am getting used to my new managers. They seem very very nice and I have actually been loving doing to work lately. In case you were wondering, I work for The Gap.

I have started wedding planning with Ea. We are not getting married for a few years (probably two) but I get stressed out easily so I thought we could start now. He's pretty into it. We are going to have NERF guns at the reception. We wanted to have a 21 NERF gun salute as we left the church, but we didn't want to offend.

Hey there! I know I'm been MIA (at least in the make-up department) but I've been in a bit of an emotional whirl wind.

I got engaged! Which is AMAZING! Because he is amazing and we've been dating for five years and they have been the best years of my life and it's amazing did I mention it's amazing? But it has sort of distracted me.

And on top of that work is picking up and we lost a bunch of managers I really liked. I have an anxiety about change so I've been a bit paralyzed.

BUT! To kick myself in the ass I bought new brushes, new makeup AND I'm going to be pressing my loose eye-shadows (if it goes well would you guys like to see a tutorial? Yes? No?).

Another surprise (though this is more for the benefit of people just coming across me) I put all my makeup into folders, one just for pokemon and the other for random requested looks. That should make things a bit easier to find because I know not everyone cares about my random photographs.

Hey guys. Sorry I'm way behind on requests. I'm in England right now and I only brought the Urban Decay Naked 2 Pallet with me as far as make-up goes. and I don't want anything to heavy on because it is INSANELY hot here. I have a sunburn and everything. I don't want to curse the people over here but I would appreciate the rain at this point.

We are in London right now, about to head to the Victoria Albert museum. I'll try and take some pictures of the city but I don't want to slow my group down so no promises. I'm going to be uploading A LOT of pictures because I took a whole bunch in Nether Heyford (and the neighboring towns) because that is where we are staying mostly.

Next week is Scotland.

And she is back from the dead! Hi everyone! I've had a  rough month. BUT, everything is starting to look up! So I'm hoping to do A LOT more makeup.

I'm in the final stretch of the Pokemon looks (I mean the orig. 150. I'm happy to go beyond, just not in order.) I'm in the cusp of my Make-Up is Magic (which there are not as many recognizable Ponies as there are Pokemon). So, I'm trying to deside what comes after. I need a project. XD I'm thinking Disney Princesses, though that has been done quite a bit I think I could contribute something new to it. Any other ideas? (Not Digimon though, at least not as a set. You can request specifics and I will be happy to deliver but to be honest, I never watched any Digimon...)

I'm feeling a little Dashie lately and have decided to get rainbow highlights.

I'm not dying my entire head rainbow (mostly because I work retail) but there is going to be a significant amount of color up in this joint. Think this: [link] probably with a bit more.

Here is the dye and the colors I have chosen (so far): [link] (yeah I used tinypic. What is this? 2002?)

I'm very sure about the ones circled in red (except Lie Locks but that's only because there are at least two others that look just like it so I guess I don't really care which blue I use) but the ones in purple I'm not so sure about. Electric Lizard is a SICK color but I'm worried it might be too weird and thus unflattering. And I would willingly dye my entire head in the Enchanted Forest color (it is my favorite color but once again I work retail) but I'm not sure if it is to subtle next to the other colors.

My actual hair color is similar to Vampire Red, just for reference.

Any input? Should I add a few of the darker colors for dimension or should I stick with the four so I don't overdo it? What colors would YOU dye your hair (disregarding school/work/family/ect)? If I could REALLY pick ay color and not get a stern talking to from my manager I would go pure white. Maybe a few streaks of a bright blue (Like DJ Pon3!). I LOVE LOVE LOVE white hair! <3

Hi  there!

I just wanted to say I'll be continuing my makeup-thingy-magig on Monday evening. I've got a test Monday morning so not time to do it this weekend!

BUT! I've saved (almost) half the amount of money I need for a new laptop. And after THAT I will just need a new camera and then I'm going to start (attempting) to do tutorials on makeup on youtube. I promise it is MUCH less impressive if you see me doing it. XD I'm a little messy.

But, that's exciting! So yeah!
